The address on my order is incorrect. Can I change it?

 If the order hasn't been shipped yet email us ASAP at  inffo@neqbeauty.com so we can update it. If it is already shipped you should still be able to update your address on the USPS website! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded, minus shipping costs; you will be notified if this happens.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed.  So sorry for any inconvenience!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it's being shipped.

Revived wrong item / missing item / broken item?

Oh no! Sorry to hear that! We understand that mistakes happen. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so please email  us at info@neqbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you with your issue. Please Include your order number and names of items that are missing/broken/wrong. Note that you might be asked to provide photos of the broken items.

How do I truck my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email update with your trucking number that you can use to follow your order's journey to you door. Sometimes it takes  1-2 days after the trucking number is created to receive updates.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Goggle pay.

Can I combine coupon codes at checkout?

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined for single order.

Can i return/exchange my order?

You can always cancel your order and get a refund before it's being shipped by emailing us at info@shopcocoboo.com. You will be refunded to the original payment method that you used when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect refund to a new payment method.

Once the order i shipped it cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless you have an issue - receiving wrong/broken/missing items. We're here to fix it! Email us at info@neqbeauty.com.

Please note items purchased on sale are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

I can see the ingredient list, but how do I know if those ingredients are safe?

We understand that looking at the ingredients list might be confusing and overwhelming, we carefully and consciously select the ingredients that are safe for our beloved customers and suggesting you using Environmental Working Group website  https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ to check any of ingredients for safety.
